With breathtaking views of the Apalachicola Bay and some of the most gorgeous sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico, you will be right at home at Catch of the Bay in the Plantation. This home is uniquely private with a gorgeous boardwalk that will take you to the water’s edge. A wall of windows facing the Bay provides an abundance of Florida nature from every view. The hot tub is a great place to relax and enjoy quiet time. Fishermen will love direct water access from the private dock with boat lift at no extra charge!

The exterior of this home offers covered, concrete parking and an exterior staircase which leads to the first floor living space. The ground floor’s large bonus game room featuring an air hockey table, comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV creates the perfect place for the kids to hangout. 

Enjoy a dip in the relaxing hot tub in the screened room with a view of the bay. The boardwalk, brimming with nature, will take you to the water’s edge where you will find a private fishing pier with boat lift. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water will greet you after a long day in the sun. A fish cleaning table and park style grille is provided to prepare your fresh catch.

The bright and delightful first floor boasts beautiful bay views with expansive natural vegetation. The open living/dining/kitchen floor plan allows everyone to gather for meals, games and comradery. The kitchen with breakfast table for 3 and counter bar seating for 2 provides plenty of space for everyone to be in the kitchen while preparing delicious coastal meals. The dining table seats 6 with additional views of the bay. 

A large, screened deck offers a hanging swing, Adirondack chairs and a dining table which offer additional living space in this well-appointed home. 

The SE king master has a flat screen TV, full bath with glass enclosed shower, and direct access to the screened porch. A full laundry with washer and dryer, a large walk-in pantry and a half bath.


The second floor offers the NW king bedroom with a flat screen TV and direct access to the balcony through French doors. The SE bunk room sleeps 8 in 2 queen/queen bunk beds and offers a flat screen TV and direct access to the balcony to witness those famous sunsets. A shared bathroom with 2 sinks and separate water closet are provided on this floor. 

Beach chairs, beach umbrella and 2 kayaks are available for guest use.

    Do the black out dates mean the whole week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s, etc?

We help to make early diagnostic breast care testing, enhanced services, travel expenses and personal support available to all qualified residents.
